• We currently deliver to Mainland UK addresses ONLY.
• Postage is calculated at checkout.
• Please note, there are three rates for delivery:
  – Free for selected Free Post items including Donation Packs
  – £2.00 for Pony Experience Vouchers, and
  – £7.50 flate rate for all other items
• In general most items are dispatched and/or available for collection within 2-7 working days, but in times of high demand some items may take longer.
• If there is a supply issue with your order we will contact you using the details you provide at checkout

RETURNS

If a returns is agreed, you must return the goods to us (in their original packaging) within 14 days of receipt, at your cost. Depending on the condition and reason for your return we may offer a refund in full, part or exchange.

Returned goods must include all relevant components.
